CrossFit works for everyone! From brand new to experienced veteran. Coaches teach every movement along with modifications and safety tips. Plus, we adjust every workout to fit each person’s individual fitness level. Our goal is to make fitness accessible to everyone!

Your safety is our number one priority. Our coaches know how and why injuries occur. And how to stop them before they happen. That’s why you learn each movement. The right way. Coaches supervise every movement to make sure proper technique is being used at all times.

We have very few machines (just a few stationary bikes and rowers). We focus on functional movements and therefore don’t use many machines in our training. However, you will find barbells, weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyometric boxes, gymnastics rings, a pullup rig, and climbing ropes in our gym.

Strength is one of the components of fitness. Much like coordination, agility, power, or flexibility. And our training is designed to make you better at everything. In fact, we have athletes who are still getting better after 5+ years of training. You can expect your strength numbers, and many other attributes, to increase through CrossFit.

Weight training alone is not enough to make you bulky. Your body type is ultimately decided by your genetics. So unfortunately you can thank your parents for that. But proper nutrition and weight training can have a positive impact on how you look by decreasing fat and increasing muscle tone.
