At CrossFit 704, our goal is to improve your fitness through exercise and nutrition.

We offer two different paths for you to accomplish that goal:

Personal Training and Group Classes

Personal Training

Work one-on-one with a Coach, during a time of your choosing, without the distractions of a class environment. Personal Training is the best way to make sure you’re getting the individual attention you need.

  • someone who prefers flexible scheduling
  • someone with a history of injury
  • someone who doesn’t enjoy a class environment

Group Classes

Our 60-minute CrossFit classes give you everything you need to reach the highest levels of fitness. We write the workouts, lead the warmups, and Coach you every step of the way. It doesn’t get any easier than that.

  • someone looking for a convenient class schedule
  • someone who enjoys a group environment
  • someone who prefers the structure of a class
