CROSSFIT

CrossFit is the cornerstone of what we do at CrossFit 704. Classes perform constantly varied workouts using functional fitness movements. The goal is to improve your overall general fitness.

QUICKFIT

High-energy interval workouts designed to make you sweat! QuickFit combines bodyweight movements, light weights and cardio into challenging circuits to give you the ultimate workout.

PERSONAL TRAINING

For those who have specific goals or want 1-on-1 attention. Personal Training is your chance to work in a personal setting with an experienced coach. Get the results you’re looking for.

SPECIALTY CLASSES

From time to time we offer Specialty Classes to meet the needs of our athletes. Classes may include: Olympic weightlifting, Endurance, Gymnastics, Competition, Mobility, and more.
