Sign up for our 4-week long Active Recovery class. These 45-minute classes meet twice a week (Thu 6:30pm, Sun Noon) for the month of March. You’ll spend each class moving through exercises designed to help you regain range of motion and strength in your shoulder. Each class contains an active recovery workout along with shoulder-specific mobility and stability drills.
